Happy Memorial Day from Card Lock

Card Lock’s history begins with the veterans of this country and continues to proudly carry on in partnership with veterans associations across our great nation still today. What many may not be aware of is how our founders recognized the need for combat veterans to have a place of community and gathering after coming home from WWII, sparking the patent of our Card Lock® system and invention of the term “card key”.

Over the next 70 years, millions of members have used our system to solve their dues collections challenges. Customers of all generations have found our price, superb quality and unconditional guarantee to be unsurpassed. We are still proudly owned and operated by the same family that founded the company in the ’40s.

While we now offer additional services from personnel compliance, mobile access control and customized technological solutions in conjunction with our card-keys, we still work with veterans associations across the country to improve the security and function of their organizations.

This Memorial Day everyone at Card Lock would like to recognize the profound gift of freedom we enjoy through the service of our military. We thank all our service members, especially those that have paid the ultimate sacrifice for our nation. We also recognize and thank the dedicated families of service members and recognize the sacrifices and hardships they endure as well.

Do you have a service member that you would like to honor or a special story to tell? We would love for you to connect and share with us on social media.

At Card Lock, our commitment to honoring and supporting those who served and sacrificed for our country runs deep. Founded in the 1940s by veterans to provide security solutions for veteran-focused fraternal organizations and clubs, making a positive impact in veterans’ lives has been in Card Lock’s DNA for over 70 years. Today, many eligible veterans never apply for the benefits and compensation they are entitled to—which is why we encourage all veterans to visit Veterans Guide, a comprehensive online resource to help you obtain all of the benefits you are owed for your service.
