Elks invest in their communities through programs that help meet the needs of children, today’s veterans, and provide a sense of camaraderie and belonging to their members. With a network of nearly 2000 lodges all over the country, more than $80,000,000 is spent every year on community-minded programs such as benefitting special needs children, sponsoring Elks National Foundation scholarships, scouting, athletic teams, veterans’ works and more.
